Thank you for your interest in the Inverness Garden Club. The Club offers opportunities for education, friendship, hands-on gardening and service to the community.
As the 2023-2024 program evolves, we look forward to a Holiday Tea on Dec 13 and a gathering at a member's garden in March 2024. Gardening education events are being planned, and all members are encouraged to get in touch to share ideas about new programs. We welcome your input!
In addition to the development of the well-known Scholarship Fund (now known as the West Marin Scholarship Program), our volunteers maintain local gardens at the Inverness Library, the Inverness median and in Point Reyes Station through the Community Projects Committee, and we prepare holiday green decor for community businesses and nonprofits. West Marin School gardens receive support in the form of fruit trees, professional pruning, and garden tools and supplies. Throughout the year, members of the Club work together on various annual Community Events such as the Inverness Fair, Western Weekend, and the Holiday Craft Fair in Point Reyes. A wonderful camaraderie develops among members as they work on an activity or project. Join the Club, become involved in its wealth of activities and, at the same time, make a lot of delightful new friends!
Membership is open to all. The various areas of the Club can be explored at the top of our website. We hope you will consider joining us.
