Community Projects
One of the purposes of the Inverness Garden Club is "to promote the beautification and improvement of our local community." The Community Projects Committee is the visible aspect of that goal.
The projects we undertake are evaluated with the goal of providing enduring aesthetic value and service to the community as well as fitting within the financial constraints and volunteer hours we are able to commit. In our workshops and newspaper articles we endeavor to improve garden practices through education and horticultural awareness.
